         Dear Aqua Belle Customer –
         We continue to closely monitor the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. 
         In addition to implementing measures to help ensure the health and well-being

         of our employees at our various offices and warehouses. Our teams are working

         diligently to help ensure our customers are getting the best possible service

         during this time.

         We appreciate your patience when an order is shipped a day or two later

         than indicated.
         We have taken measures in accordance with Federal and local government

         guidelines and recommendations. These measures include communicating

         guidance to employees on social distancing, and health protocols to help ensure

         employees are protected and are reporting possible exposure and or possible

         symptoms. We have instituted new production schedules to make sure minimal

         number of employees share the same working space. Finished products are

         placed in a secluded area, and are picked for shipping by employees working on

         a different schedule, so there is NO interaction between the two groups.    

         We will continue to navigate through these circumstances with emphasis on our

         employees health, together with our commitment to a Superior Customer Care.
